Shipping Your Wine
We want your wine to arrive safely and on time. If you have questions or need your order by a specific date, just reach out – we’re happy to help.

Getting Your Order Ready
Processing Time
Once you place your order, please allow 2-4 business days for our warehouse team to get it packed and on its way. If anything comes up with your order, a member of our team will reach out to you directly.
Receiving Your Wine
Signature Required
A signature from an adult 21+ is required at the time of delivery — no exceptions. To make delivery as smooth as possible, we strongly recommend shipping to:
- A business address where someone is regularly available
- A FedEx Store or UPS Store for easy pickup
Changing Your Delivery Address
Need to redirect your package after it’s shipped? Here’s what to know:
- Redirects to a different address may incur a $20 fee
- Wine cannot be redirected across state lines due to compliance laws
- Redirects are not guaranteed by the carrier
- It’s your responsibility to ensure someone 21+ is available at the new address
Missed Deliveries & Returns
The carrier will make three delivery attempts. If all three are missed, your package will automatically be returned to us. To avoid return fees, please contact our Customer Service team before that third attempt.
If your order is returned:
- A $25 return fee applies per package
- Standard shipping charges apply to re-ship your order
Weather & Temperature Protection
Wine and extreme temperatures don’t mix. When forecasted temperatures are outside our safe shipping range, we’ll place your order on weather hold and ship it when conditions improve.
Shipping to Arizona
Due to Arizona’s heat, we’ve moved away from independent ground carriers and now offer favorable overnight air rates for the state. At checkout, you can choose:
- Overnight Air with Ice Packs — ships regardless of temperature
- Standard Ground Shipping — your order will be placed on weather hold if temperatures exceed 80 degrees F, and will be shipped when it cools down
Where We Ship
States We Can’t Ship To
Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship wine to the following states due to local regulations:
- Delaware
- Maine
- Mississippi
- South Dakota
- Utah
States with a Compliance Fee
We can ship to the states below, and a 10% state compliance fee is added to your order total. This fee is charged separately and will appear as its own line item at checkout. (Kosta Collective Club members: your club-level shipping discount still applies — the compliance fee is on top of that, not instead of it.)

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Ground shipping isn’t available to Alaska or Hawaii, so we’ve put together special air shipping benefits for Kosta Collective Club members.
12-Bottle Kosta Collective Club Members
- Admire (12 bottles): Flat rate of $50 for 2-Day Air shipping
- Standard carrier rates apply for less than 12 bottles.
6-Bottle Club Members
- Admire (6 bottles): Flat rate of $75 for 2-Day Air shipping
- Standard carrier rates apply for less than 6 bottles.
